If you remember, SoulCycle was A HUGE part of my life since 2014. Once my favorite instructor/friend moved to London, I really didn’t go to SoulCycle my usual 4-5x a week. In turn, I stopped working out. I tried a lot of other workouts, and didn’t love them either. I really just enjoyed being on a bike at SoulCycle. I loved walking into a studio and feeling happy – seeing friends, getting a good sweat sesh in – it was great. Intentional was one of my words for 2021. Spending a lot of my time in front of a computer or on my phone means that I have a lot of over-exposure to highlight reels. I find myself scrolling and watching Instagram Story after Instagram Story. And after a while, it makes me become irritated with my own life.
